Serdar UNVER, Lawyer
In 2003, Serdar graduated from ANKARA University Faculty of Law. After obtaining the degree in Law, he undertook the Public Law Masters Degree Programme in the Institute of Social Sciences of Ankara University. Serdar practised law in Caspian American Telecommunications Limited in Baku, Azerbajian and has been admitted to Izmir Bar Association upon his return to Turkey. He has received the certificate of Energy Market Management from Izmir University of Economics. Serdar is the founding partner of UNP Lawyers and specialises in Telecommunication Law, Administrative Law, Commercial Law, Mergers & Acquisitions, Corporate Law, Energy Market and Labour Law.
Yasemin PAMUK, Lawyer
Yasemin obtained the degree in law from Izmir Dokuz Eylul University in 2003. Upon graduation, she attended to a masters programme in European Law in Nijmegan / The Netherlands. Yasemin joined to Izmir Bar Association in 2007. She received the certificate of Energy Market Management from Izmir University of Economics . Yasemin is the founding partner of UNP Lawyers and has been qualified in the field of European Law, International Energy Market, Construction Law, Property Law, Family Law and Inheritance Law.
